The EMILYO network, by way of volunteer academies,proposes a seminar for young European officers to familiarise them with the necessary concepts of the European Common Defence and Security Policy (CDSP). The French Air and Space Force Academy sends three students to the Hellenic Air Force Academy to attend this academic module.
